Title

  • Clearly describe the content in fewest possible words — catchy and concise (max 15 words).
  • Easy to understand; avoid abbreviations and technical jargon.

Author Details

  • Credit only individuals who significantly contributed and accepted the final document.
  • Provide Full Name(s), designation(s), affiliation(s), email id(s), mobile number(s) and ORCID (if available).
  • Corresponding author must ensure all relevant co-authors are included.
  • Email and phone numbers will be kept confidential and used only for official purposes.

Abstract (100–150 words)

  • A brief summary highlighting objectives, key points and outcomes.
  • Must give facts discussed rather than saying the article is "about" something.
  • Should not contain abbreviations, literature citations or inferences not in the paper.

Keywords (4–6)

  • Provide 4–6 keywords that can be indexed by abstracting services.
  • Must be specific to the article; avoid common words like "farmers", "plants", "soils".
  • Words other than those in the title that best describe the paper.

  • Manuscript must be original and not published elsewhere. Plagiarism is a serious offence.
  • Authors are responsible for authenticity of all data and information.
  • Avoid simultaneous submission, duplicate publication, fabrication and falsification of data.
  • Do not include individuals as authors who have not made substantial contributions.
  • Proper permission must be obtained before using copyrighted figures, tables or charts.
After acceptance, a nominal publication processing charge of ₹100 only is applicable. Free for Life Members. Payment proof (screenshot/receipt) must be submitted along with the manuscript.

Follow the steps below carefully to ensure your submission is complete and processed without delay. Incomplete submissions may be returned without review.
  1. Prepare your manuscript in MS Word (.doc / .docx) following the relevant formatting guidelines above.
  2. Name your file in the format: AuthorLastName_Category_Year.docx (e.g. Sharma_PopularArticle_2026.docx)
  3. Download and fill the Author Declaration Form. Have all co-authors sign it. Scan and save as PDF or JPG.
  4. Collect high-resolution images (min. 300 dpi, JPEG/PNG) separately if included in the article.
  5. Non-life members must pay the processing fee of ₹100 via UPI (saaresut@sbi) and take a screenshot/receipt of the payment.
  6. Submit your complete package via the online submission form on the website or directly by email to saaresupub@gmail.com
  • All submissions undergo editorial screening before being sent to peer reviewers.
  • The editorial board may suggest revisions before acceptance.
  • Final decision rests with the Editor-in-Chief.
  • Revision timeline after peer review: 2–3 weeks
